Partial home staging is an affordable way to use your existing furniture and additional furnishings to elevate your home for photoshoots and open homes. This helps buyers visualise what they can do in your space by rearranging and adding additional pieces.

Whats The Process?

Initial Consult
Firstly we visit your home for 15-20 minutes to get an initial feel of your space. This includes working through what you already have in your home and noting what is needed for staging

Quote
​Your quote includes installation, property styling, decluttering/rearranging, 4 week hire or photoshoot hire & Insurance.
Your initial consult fee will be deducted from your quote once you choose to work with us

Approval
Once your quote is accepted, we will plan the items and layouts needed for partial styling to work with your existing spaces and items.

Installation
Installations & rearranging take 2-4 hours to complete. We will block out a period of time that suits you
05
De - Staging
​At the end of the hire period, we will arrange a time to remove all furnishings. So the house is ready for the new owners !
